The target of the acquisition is ticket sales for Tampere-talo Group's own productions, co-productions and rental production events, related services and systems, online sales of tickets and services, and marketing support provided by the service provider for the Group's events. The aim of this service package is to obtain: • A user-friendly and multi-channel ticketing service that serves different customer groups flexibly • A scalable system that serves the needs of own venues, Tampere Hall and Tuulensuu Palace, events and events outside these venues • Possibility to combine the purchase of several services/products (tickets, food, accommodation and other products) into a single e-commerce purchase path and payment transaction • A comprehensive range of services including customer data, internal reporting (sales data for several restaurant operators and table setting reporting) and marketing automation. • Segmented analysis and utilization of customer data to support reporting and marketing • Integration capabilities to websites, marketing automation, POS and CRM
