Description

The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement for a period of 36 calendar months with a single economic operator, subsequently awarding subsequent contracts for “Postal and express services domestically and internationally” for the quantities determined by the contracting authority. Each subsequent contract will be concluded for a period of 12 months, within the limit of the budget allocated for this purchase. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to requests for clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation on the 10th day before the closing date for submission of tenders.
