Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of new airframe lots for helicopters of type EC135 P2+ – Task 1 and Task No 2, carried out by the Contractor on behalf of the Contracting Authority over a period of 24 months successively depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority or up to maximum exhaustion.
The remuneration referred to in Paragraph 2(2) 1 The relevant provisions of the contract (Annex 2 to the ToR), whichever is the earlier. The detailed list of lots to be ordered can be found in the price forms constituting Annexes 1a (task 1) and 1b (task 2) to the ToR.
2. The Contractor must provide a guarantee for the portions delivered at least 1 000 hours of flight or 12 months from the date of installation of the parts in helicopters or 24 months from the date of acceptance of the parts delivered to the Contracting Authority from the place of dispatch.
