Description

Conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of immunological reagents with the provision of the automatic analyser. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the Contracting Authority is to set the deadline within which economic operators may submit requests for clarification, i.e. it is to respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 1. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the closing date for submission of tenders. The deadline for replying to the clarifications was set in such a way that economic operators would have an appropriate period to analyse the tender documentation and, subsequently, to draw up the tenders in the light of the replies provided by the Contracting Authority. Requests for clarifications will be submitted in editable format, in SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature. In order to send a request for clarifications to the Contracting Authority, the interested economic operator acts the "Add request" button in the section "CLAIM REQUESTS / QUESTIONS" available from the details of the procedure.
