Description

Open call for tenders: Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1o and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The purpose of this consultation is to enable Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée to obtain supplies of various materials for the maintenance of its roads throughout its territory. The services are divided into 10 lots. The minimum and maximum framework agreement has been concluded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1o, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issue of order forms. The value of the supplies for the initial period of the framework agreement is estimated at EUR 448 703,00 excluding all lots.
