1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of framework contracts for the supply of folding chairs and tables with covers. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 5 to the FTZ and Chapter XIX of the FTZ. 3. The ordering party requires the manufacturer/model/type or other data unambiguously identifying the offered assortment to be indicated in the contractor's offer. The name ‘Manufacturer’ should be understood as the name of the company under which the offered assortment is sold or the entrepreneur marketing the assortment in the territory of the Republic of Poland. If the Contractor does not indicate the Producer / other data unambiguously identifying the assortment, the Ordering Party will reject the offer on the basis of Art. 1 point 5 of the Act as inconsistent with the terms of the contract. 4. The Ordering Party shall request the submission together with the offer of the means of proof to confirm the compliance of the offered assortment with the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract related to the performance of the contract, in the form of a safety data sheet confirming: 1) for folding tables and chairs: dimensions, type of material, type of frame and frame, carrying handle; 2) for covers: dimensions, type of fabric, mounting feet. 5. The Ordering Party shall accept the equivalent means of proof in question if they confirm that the offered assortment meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 6. The Contracting Authority requests the Contractor to indicate in the tender the parts of the contract which it will entrust to Subcontractors and to indicate the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known. 12. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 139 of the Act, provides for the reverse order of operations, i.e. it may first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make a qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender was the highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure. 13. The procedure is conducted with a view to concluding a framework contract by means of an open tendering procedure pursuant to Art. 1 point 1 of the Act in conjunction with Article 132 of the Act, in conjunction with Article 314 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act, and its implementing acts, with a contract value equal to or greater than the EU threshold. 14.
