Description

The subject of the public contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the comprehensive reconstruction of residential buildings No. 380 and No. 561 in Josefa Šíra Street in Vrchlabí, including related buildings, technical equipment of buildings, utility networks and outdoor modifications. Reconstruction includes in particular: • layout modifications of existing housing units and common areas, • reconstruction and static provision of load-bearing structures, • repairs, reinforcement or replacement of ceiling structures, • repairs, reinforcement and partial replacement of trusses, • complete reconstruction of the roof cladding, • remediation of damp masonry, waterproofing measures and protection against radon, • insulation of the building envelope by the ETICS system while respecting the requirements of heritage protection, • replacement and restoration of internal surfaces, floors, plaster and related structures, • construction of barrier-free access and installation of lifts, • implementation of new wiring of sanitary technical installations, • implementation of new wiring of electrical installations, data wiring, common television antennas and home communication systems, • implementation of a new heating and hot water preparation system by means of gas condensing boilersers, • implementation of air-conditioning equipment and ventilation systems, • establishment of new gas connections, • relocation of sewerage connections, • construction of rainwater management system including retention and accumulation tank, infiltration equipment and related sewerage distribution, • modification of paved areas, access routes and courtyard, • carrying out all tests, revisions, geodetic surveying of the actual execution of the construction and other activities necessary for proper completion and putting into use of the construction. The performance also includes: • site equipment, • site security for the duration of construction, • coordination of construction work, • disposal of waste generated in accordance with applicable legislation, • processing of documentation of the actual execution of the construction, • transmission of all inspection reports, attestations, certificates and documents necessary for the approval and use of the construction.
