The purpose of the tender is to contract one party that takes care of the management, maintenance, development and (personnel) support of Routebureau Veluwe. The various networks of the Agency are currently under development, specifically: - Moutainbike network: it is at the start of development; - Bicycle network: a start has been made on this, currently the bicycle network is in further development; - Hiking network: This one started, it's halfway through the rollout. Based on recent years, the contracting authority expects a turnover of € 750,000 per year for the next four (4). The increase based on recent years is based on an expected expansion of services and an increase in costs. The total expected turnover of the service is € 3,000,000. The framework agreement is concluded for a maximum value of 150% (i.e. € 4.500.000,-) of the aforementioned amount in order to prevent the framework agreement from having no effect before the term of the framework agreement has expired.
