Description

In order to meet its legal responsibilities under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, Bracknell Forest Council wishes to procure the services of a specialist contractor to assist in the management and control of asbestos within Council properties, including schools.
The Contract will include, but not be restricted to the following:
— Air monitoring.
— Bulk sampling.
— Management surveys.
— Refurbishment surveys.
— Demolition surveys.
— Undertaking annual re -inspection surveys.
— Periodic monitoring.
— Act as the analytical specialist during any asbestos removal works.
The contract will cover approximately 130 properties consisting of Corporate Buildings and Schools.
