Purchase by the sports services of the town of Lipa Jyväskylä of a guidance service for children and adolescents and family group and course activities
This is not a contract notice or a call for tenders, but a request for information for market consultation purposes. According to the preliminary plan, the sports services will provide group and training guidance services for children, young people and families in the form of purchase services (incl. Operation of the hobby model) through a subsequent call for tenders. The call for tenders will be launched in spring 2024. With this notice, the City of Jyväskylä invites interested parties to register for information and dialogue sessions as part of the preparation of the procurement. Background to the procurement: The City of Jyväskylä will put out to tender the grouping and training activities of children and young people, as well as families, as part of the purchase of sports services (model of practicing). Sports facilities have overall coordination responsibility for the city’s activities of sports groups and courses for children, young people and families, and for organising group activities in the Jyväskylä model for 1 to 9 grades. The purpose of competitive tendering is to find service providers to carry out activities as part of this package. Activities related to the hobby model (culture and physical activity) take place on weekdays, either before or after the start of the school day. As a general rule, the activity will end by 17.00. Sports activities outside the hobby model are usually carried out on weekdays in the period after 17.00 or at weekends. Activities related to the hobby model are organised in or near Jyväskylä schools. Due to the limited nature of the school facilities, activities may also be organised in other facilities suitable for the operation of the surrounding area. Activities outside the hobby model are organised across Jyväskylä in facilities suitable for the planned activities. Info Days: Interested parties can choose to take part in one of the two sessions: —14 February, 17:30-18:30 (Teams). Please indicate your attendance at kirsi.pelo-arkko@jyvaskyla.fi and you will receive a link to the event. —15 February from 14.30 to 16.00 (at Hipposhalli auditorio).
