Description

Framework contract for the supply of steel pipe masts for street lighting of the city of Dortmund within the framework of the street lighting contract between Dortmunder Energie- und Wasserversorgung and the city of Dortmund in the name and for the account of Dortmunder Netz GmbH 15.01.2026 to 31.12.2030 Extension option: Two options for an extension of the framework agreement for a further 5 years each will be agreed on the terms described below. The agreement on this takes place after clarification of the extension of the street lighting contract of DEW21 with the city of Dortmund or in the year of the end of the contact in September 2030 with a view to the end date in December. The prices are valid for the first time until 31.12.2027. From the 3rd A yearly price adjustment is made according to the agreed percentage.
