Description

The contract consists of 2 parts:
— component 1: project management, relating to the design and implementation of the equipment, public spaces and landscaping of the Saint-Jean ZAC in Lagny, to be carried out on the basis of approved preliminary studies (AVP).
Work is planned to start during the 1st half of 2017 for the project management mission.
— component 2: task of consulting architect.
O carrying out architectural feasibility studies at the level of the lots to be marketed.
o adaptation of the SAC-programme plan throughout the project;
O Definition of architectural, landscape, urban, environmental and energy requirements and the drawing up of lot sheets;
O Assistance in the designation of operators and their prime contractors.
o Monitoring building projects, including monitoring of building permits and their implementation.
