Bei der Einrichtung handelt es sich um den geplanten Neubau einer 6-gruppigen Kita-Einrichtung mit einer 4 gruppigen Kinderkrippe und einer 2-gruppigen Kindergarteneinrichtung nach den Grundsätzen der Reggio-Pädagogik, sowie zwei Nebengebäude. Das Gebäude ist zweigeschossig ohne Unterkellerung In Zahlen: Grundstücksfläche: ca. 6.100 m² Grundfläche: ca. 1.275m² Geschossfläche: ca. 2.000 m² Nutzfläche: ca. 1.785 m² umbauter Raum (Hauptgebäude) ca. 8.065 m³ Dieses Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst folgende Leistungen: Lieferung und Montage von Innentüren, Brandschutzfenstern und Fensterbretter In Zahlen: 39 Holz-Innentüren, davon 6 Brandschutztüren 3 Holz-Brandschutzfenster 46 Fensterbänke Fichte Massiv Beschreibung der Baukonstruktion: Tragstruktur in Skeletbauweise mit tragenden Wänden und Stützen in Stahlbetonbauweise bauseits. Die bauseitigen Innenwände werden zum Teil als Stahlbetonkonstruktion und zum Teil in Trockenbauweise errichtet.
