Description

The present invitation to tender concerns the rental of a mobile exhibition trailer for use in nationwide recruitment activities. The mobile exhibition trailer consists of a driver's carriage with attached trailer and is to be used in order to increase knowledge of Denmark's prisons education and career opportunities. The tender also includes related services, including the execution of driving according to the client's timetable, which includes coordination of transport, obtaining necessary permits, contact with relevant locations and other practical handling in connection with events. The trailer must be designed as an experience centre according to the client's concept. The supplier is responsible for the practical realisation, including arrangement, construction and delivery of necessary materials, furniture and technical installations.
