Framework agreement for medication carts
The purpose of the contract is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier for the purchase of medication carts. The medication carts will be used for the distribution of the medication in the nursing departments, and meet the following requirements: • They are suitable to go from room to room, as well as smoothly in both single and multi-bed rooms to the patient. • They are suitable for mounting an all-in-one PC, a retractable keyboard and mouse and scanner (with wire). The all-in-one PC, keyboard and scanner are not part of this command. However, the cart must be provided for a smooth assembly and use of the PC, keyboard and mouse. The final contract will be awarded to the tenderer submitting the most economically advantageous tender. This is based on price and quality aspects. The contract is a Plexus contract in which the contracting authority also acts on behalf of other Plexus hospitals. The estimate of need is the estimate for the committed participating Plexus hospitals. The estimate does not constitute a commitment for the quantity to be withdrawn. The supplier shall deliver to each of the designated delivery points. Deliveries for all lots must be made to the following delivery addresses unless otherwise indicated on the order form and within the indicated time slots. Engaged participants: • Regional Hospital Heilig-Hart Leuven: Central Warehouse, Deliveries deep -1 Consciencestraat, entrance Deliveries at 3000 Leuven Warehouse open every working day from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm • Regional Hospital Tienen/pharmacy: Central Warehouse, Leuvensestraat 81, 3300 Tienen.
