Description

Nordland County would like contact with relevant consultant environments that have ideas and competence to assist with mapping/review work, process assistance and the development of different system proposals that can place Nordland at the front.
The County must reduce its expenses by approx. 530 million NOK by 2022, which makes up 12 % of the net running expenses. 42 % of the adaptation need is to be done through more efficient internal organisation and other reductions in county services.
The assignment is complicated and comprehensive and we need assistance to find good solutions that are future orientated and sustainable.
We invite tenderers to a dialogue conference at Scandic Victoria Oslo on Monday 10.12.2018 from 8:30. The aim of the dialogue conference is to get an overview of what assistance is offered in the market and ideas for further specification of the tender enquiry.
