Description

The subject of the public contract is the performance of the work of the building manager during the demolition of the existing building and the subsequent new building at Kladská No. 733, Náchod, where two separate workplaces with sufficient space capacities for the Náchod Museum and the Gallery of Fine Arts in Náchod are to be established. The activities of the construction manager are fully defined in Annex 3a - 3d) of the tender documentation - FIDIC Terms and Conditions. Part of the work of the construction manager is also cooperation in the preparation and administration of the public procurement procedure, the subject of which will be the realization of the construction itself in the form of Design & Build. Part of the work of the construction manager is also the preparation of the payment schedule of the realized construction. The services of the construction manager will consist mainly in providing expert support to the Contractor and the Contractor of the Work aimed at ensuring the highest possible quality in the execution of the subject of the Work.
