The subject of the supply is medical equipment for the project Modernization of the Departments of Institutional Psychiatric Care to the ZoPPM, i.e. psychiatric beds with accessories and bedside tables (part no. 1) and mobile collection chairs (part no. 2) for the needs of the Psychiatric Clinic. Part of the delivery of the subject of the contract (lot 1; Part No. 2) is transport to the place of destination, installation, commissioning, testing of the functionality and serviceability of the delivered goods, operating instructions in the Slovak/Czech language, complete user documentation in the Slovak/Czech language, necessary service technical documentation, training of the buyer's employees to the extent necessary and provision of warranty service. The requirement is for new, unused and unremanufactured goods. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 separate integral parts. A tenderer may submit one tender per lot or one tender for the whole subject of the contract (lots 1 and 2). The contracting authority reserves the right to select a tenderer for each complete lot separately. As part of the complete lot for which a tender is submitted, the tenderer must comply with the required specification defined within the individual complete lot.
