Description

The contract includes plant repair of SPZ Marder fuel pumps. When submitting the tender, tenderers must take into account that the information on the relevant lots is only estimated from past data. The actual assignments during the term of the contract may differ with regard to the quantities of demand contained in a specialist lot for the respective supply numbers and the specialist lot as a whole. In any case, the upper limit for the contract in question is the total quantity (sum of the number of units for each supply number) grouped in the compartment concerned. This contract does not give rise to any obligation on the part of the AG to award specific contracts. The contract starts with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2022. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr comes to an end for whatever legal reason, the framework agreement may be terminated by means of a special right of termination. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement on an optional basis until 31.12.2023.
