Description

The subject of this contract in the form of a direct order - is the design and execution of Construction Works and other Works and the provision of the Service for Investments entitled: ‘Construction of a gas unit based on a gas turbine with an existing water recovery boiler at ECO S.A.’. The Contractor grants a Guarantee for the Works performed, including Construction Works, on the terms indicated in the PPU. The subject of the order, in addition to the design and execution of Construction Works and other Works, is also the service of the Website, for a period of 72 months. The Contractor, regardless of granting a Guarantee for the Works performed (including Construction Works), also grants a guarantee for the Service, on the terms indicated in the PPU. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is presented in Part III of the Invitation to Negotiation, as well as results from the PPU (Part II of the Invitation to Negotiation), which documents were made available to the Contractor invited to negotiate under a direct award procedure conducted in accordance with Article 388(2)(d) of the Public Procurement Law and Articles 213 and 215-217 of the Public Procurement Law in conjunction with Article 387 of the Public Procurement Law. Bearing in mind the fact that in the open tender procedure conducted by the Ordering Party with reference number 1.2025 "Construction of a gas unit based on a gas turbine with an existing water recovery boiler in ECO S.A." no offer was submitted, Bergerat Monnoyeur Sp. z o.o. ul. Modlińska 11 05-092 Izabelin-Dziekanówek. The basis for conducting the sectorial contract directly is Article 388(2)(d) of the Public Procurement Act and Articles 213 and 215-217 of the Public Procurement Act in conjunction with Article 387 of the Public Procurement Act.
