Description

HTM wil haar website en webshop vernieuwen. Met name in de scope en opzet van de webshop bestaan nog onduidelijkheden. HTM streeft ernaar om het MVP van de website en webshop in Q4 van 2023 te lanceren, waarna de website en webshop in enkele stappen zullen worden doorontwikkeld tot de gewenste eindsituatie. Het doel van deze marktconsultatie is:
(a) Inzicht te krijgen in de ervaring van de markt met het realiseren van website met geïntegreerde webshop en ‘Mijn’ omgeving.
(b) Inzicht te krijgen in de ervaring van de markt met het realiseren van digitale kanalen binnen de OV-sector.
(c) Inzicht te krijgen in het aantal geïnteresseerde marktpartijen;
