Description

Aanbestedende dienst is voornemens een Overeenkomst te sluiten met één Opdrachtnemer voor het leveren van software inclusief koppelingen en het leveren van verschillende diensten. De Oplossing wordt geleverd als Software as a Service (SaaS).
Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het komen tot een Overeenkomst met één (1) Opdrachtnemer voor de duur van vijf (5) jaar, met de eenzijdige mogelijkheid tot verlenging door de Omgevingsdienst Midden-Holland van vijfmaal (5x) met één (1) jaar. De maximale looptijd bedraagt derhalve tien (10) jaar.
