Description

This is not a contract notice or a call for tenders and therefore does not bind or oblige the parties to anything. The City of Vantaa (later also the Subscriber) is preparing to acquire the maintenance of the Vantaa.fi website and the campaign website. The purpose of this request for information is to preliminarily examine whether there are similar solutions on the market that would suit Vantaa's current and future needs. With this notice, we invite suppliers interested in this procurement to participate in the market dialogue. The purpose of the market dialogue is to get a feel for the suppliers of the Vantaa.fi website and campaign website, which correspond to the entity to be procured, and to get acquainted with the available solutions. The aim of the market dialogue is to organise presentations of the service at which suppliers interested in procurement present their solution. The events will be held according to a separately agreed schedule and they will be held remotely. If necessary, the customer may also have written discussions with interested suppliers regarding the procurement. The market dialogue shall be conducted in Finnish. As part of the market dialogue, a technical dialogue is carried out in which the subscriber invites interested suppliers to comment on the draft documents of the invitation to tender. The target of the procurement is the maintenance and development of the Vantaa.fi website and the campaign website. Vantaa.fi is the official website of the City of Vantaa. It contains up-to-date information on the services and activities provided by the city. Vantaa.fi is also a service-oriented media that helps residents and stakeholders find the services they need, but at the same time produces attractive content about the city's services and opportunities. Registration for the market dialogue is requested by e-mail hanna.kuitto@vantaa.fi with the subject "Market dialogue Vantaa.fi website and campaign website" by 2 April 2024 at 4 pm. This prior information notice shall not oblige the contracting entity to carry out the procurement. The bidder does not have to make a bid, but responds to the invitation to market dialogue as instructed. Answering or not responding to a market dialogue call shall not constitute an obstacle to participation in a tendering procedure.
