Description

The North Rhine-Westphalia Building and Real Estate Company (BLB NRW) is planning a new building in Düsseldorf for the Leibniz Institut für Umweltmedizinforschung gGmbH Düsseldorf (IUF). The planning and construction of the new building is organised by the BLB NRW. The IUF will use the new construction that has been constructed. The commissioning of the new building is planned for 2022.
As a construction agent/project manager for the IUF as a future user, the contractor should represent the IUF’s interests in the planning and construction process until completion of commissioning.
Monitoring begins with the recording of user needs (user agreement) at the IUF, records the permanent representation of the IUF’s interests vis-à-vis the BLB NRW in the planning and construction process and includes the necessary building control from the user’s point of view.
