The subject of the competition is the selection of the entity to which the contract for the provision of health services for insured persons and other entitled persons covered by the care of the Upper Silesian Medical Centre named after Prof. Leszek Giec of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, ul. Ziołowa 45-47, 40-635 Katowice in the following scope: Providing health services in the field of radiodiagnostics (description of tests) in the Department of Imaging Diagnostics from Monday to Friday according to the schedule, by a doctor specializing in radiodiagnostics. Provision of services will take place on the days and hours of operation of the Imaging Diagnostics Department from Monday to Friday in accordance with the schedule set by the Head of the Imaging Diagnostics Department.
