Description

The purpose of the Framework Agreement resulting from this consultation and the subsequent contracts to be concluded on its basis by the beneficiary organisations are to carry out maintenance services and associated services for the security event monitoring tool of the social security recovery branch.
These proceedings have been brought pursuant to Articles 33, 57 to 59 and 76 of the Public Procurement Code.
It is centralised by the ACOSS on behalf of the local bodies in the recovery sector pursuant to Article L 224-12 of the Social Security Code, according to which:
‘National funds, the central agency of social security bodies and the union of national social security funds may award contracts or framework agreements on their own account and that of local bodies.’
It will lead to the award of a single-contractor framework agreement which lays down all the terms of subsequent contracts to be awarded on its basis by the contracting bodies. It will therefore not be possible to complete the initial tender.
This framework agreement will be concluded between the holder and the ACOSS.
It will apply to the following beneficiary organisations:
— ACOSS (its 2 national IT centres: CNIR-Paris and CNIR-Valbonne),
— the certi of Nantes.
