Description

The Holy Pedagogical Centre for Living Assistance for Disabled People e.V., Neumarkt, is the promoter of the Hohennberg specialising school and plans to rehabilitate the Oberberg specialising school as well as an extension of the Turnhalle with secondary and equipment rooms. The existing ‘Förderschule Hohennberg’ building is mostly one-storey and only in a sub-area of two-storey. A sub-plating of the existing building is also only available in a sub-area. The stock also includes a small gym (approx. 110 m²), a movement basin (approx. 102 m²) and the break hall (approx. 333 m²). The building was constructed around 1974/75 and is now to be renovated in general. The aim is to bring the school to a new construction standard, in particular with regard to fire safety and energy standards. The existing tower hall, approximately 12 x 9 m, is to be extended to approximately 12 x 24 m. In addition, additional space will be created for the Master’s workshop, which will be connected to the basement with a staircase and a load lift.
Among other things, the following remediation services are envisaged:
— Replacement of all external windows,
—Renewal of the roof structure,
—Floor renewal,
— Improvement of the acoustic requirements of the restaurant, corridors and individual classrooms,
— Extension and renewal of the building installation,
—Renewal of the in-house installation,
— Renewal of the electrical installation in the light of fire protection requirements.
In this context, it is intended to award the following planning services under HOAI:
— Spatial planning pursuant to Paragraph 33 of the HOAI (LPH 5-9),
— Technical planning pursuant to Paragraph 53 of the HOAI (LPH 5-9).
The scope of the technical planning includes Annex groups 1-8 in accordance with § 51 HOAI. The planning services will be procured.
