Description

The subject of this Framework Agreement is the supply of network and security equipment and associated services.
This consultation is divided into 2 separate lots:
Lot 1: acquisition and maintenance of network equipment and associated services (Estimated amount = EUR 4 million (excl. tax))
Lot 2: purchase and maintenance of security equipment and associated services (Estimated amount = EUR 3.6 million (excl. tax))
This procedure is centralised by the ACOSS on behalf of the local bodies in the recovery branch.

Each lot is subject to the conclusion of a framework agreement, with no minimum and maximum amount in accordance with Article 76 of the Public Procurement Code.
Each framework agreement is mono-successful. They will be concluded between the ACOSS and the contractor for each lot. The beneficiary bodies which may conclude a subsequent contract with the service provider selected for each of the lots are as follows:
— the Acoss (its two national IT centres: Cn‘Paris’ and ‘Cn‘Valbonne’),
