France-Montreuil: Maintenance and repair of data network equipment
The subject of this Framework Agreement is the supply of network and security equipment and associated services.
This consultation is divided into 2 separate lots:
Lot 1: acquisition and maintenance of network equipment and associated services (Estimated amount = EUR 4 million (excl. tax))
Lot 2: purchase and maintenance of security equipment and associated services (Estimated amount = EUR 3.6 million (excl. tax))
This procedure is centralised by the ACOSS on behalf of the local bodies in the recovery branch.
That coordination of needs is provided for in Article L. 224-12 of the Social Security Code, which provides that ‘National funds, the central agency of social security bodies and the union of national social security funds may, on their own account, pass on behalf of local bodies and that of regional health agencies, contracts or framework agreements’.
Each lot is subject to the conclusion of a framework agreement, with no minimum and maximum amount in accordance with Article 76 of the Public Procurement Code.
Each framework agreement is mono-successful. They will be concluded between the ACOSS and the contractor for each lot. The beneficiary bodies which may conclude a subsequent contract with the service provider selected for each of the lots are as follows:
— the Acoss (its two national IT centres: Cn‘Paris’ and ‘Cn‘Valbonne’),
— the Urssaf d’Île-de-France,

— Cirtil de Lyon,
— CIPAM de Marseille,
— Certi de Lille,
— Certi de Nancy,
— Unica de Caen,
— Nantes Cirti,
— Cirso de Toulouse.
