The subject of the contract is the development of a multi-industry concept of the land development plan and a multi-industry architectural concept for a complex of multi-family residential buildings at ul. Czarnkowska/Rudka in Oborniki on plots no. 507/19, 507/20, 507/21, 507/22, 507/23, 507/26, 507/27, 507/28, 507/29, 507/31, 507/32, and the inclusion in the media balances of the plots marked in MPZp with the symbols 1UD – dz. nr 507/24 and ZP – dz. nr 507/25, with a total area of 8,222222 ha, and the preparation of a land development plan for a complex of multi-family residential buildings planned on plot No 507/32 together with the area necessary for transport services and media supply, constituting the first stage of the investment, and comprehensive design documentation of the first stage of the investment, along with obtaining the final construction permit.
