The contract is divided into 2 separate parts. Submission of a tender is allowed for both parts of the public contract, each part of the public contract will be assessed and evaluated separately in accordance with Sections 35 and 101 of the Act. Where a tenderer submits a tender for both lots, it shall submit a tender for each lot separately and each lot shall contain the documents in the procurement documents. The terms of reference shall be identical for each lot, unless otherwise specified in these specifications or the annexes thereto. The subject of the performance of the public contract in Part 1 of the VZ is the replacement of the existing washing and refrigeration equipment for new ones together with associated construction works, the dismantling of the existing equipment and the training of operators for a duration of 15 working days (in an 8-hour shift). The delivery consists of a new washing set and a new cooling technology. The subject of the performance of the public contract in Part 2 of the Public Procurement is the replacement of the gastronomic facility with a new one, the dismantling of the existing facility and the training of the operator for a duration of 15 working days (in an 8-hour shift).
