5.1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of elements of the forester's uniform. The subject-matter of the contract was divided into two lots – tasks. The description of the subject of the contract is as follows: • Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 19 December 2017 on the design of forester's uniforms and signs for persons entitled to wear them. (Annex 9 to the SWZ) • Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 12 December 2023 on the design of forester uniforms and signs for persons entitled to wear them. (Annex 11 to the SWZ) • Order No 95 of the Director-General of the State Forests of 1 August 2024 on the model and rules and standards for the use of forester uniforms for employees of the State Forests (Annex 10 to the SWZ). • Ordinance No 107 of the Director-General of State Forests of 23 August 2024 on technical and technological documentation of selected elements of forester’s uniforms in accordance with the Ordinance of the Minister for the Environment of 19 December 2017 on the design of forester’s uniforms and signs for persons entitled to wear them (Annex 8 to the SWZ) . Technical requirements are technical and technological documentation constituting Annex 1 to this Regulation. The Ordering Party reserves the right to order a tailor-made assortment for each item included in the subject of the order. The order of tailor-made sewing can not account for more than 20% of the total quantity of a particular item. Ordering a tailor-made sorting does not affect the level of unit prices. 5.2. The place of performance of the order is, depending on the ordering party's request: • the headquarters of the State Forest Storage Complex in Siedlce, ul. Kazimierzowska 9, 08-110 Siedlce or • a warehouse of uniformed sorts of the State Forest Storage Complex in Siedlce with headquarters: ul. Heroes of Porytowy Wzgórza 35, 23-300 Janów Lubelski.
