Description

This registration guide has been drawn up for the purpose of contracting a Contractor with whom the Client wishes to conclude a contract for the maintenance and replacement of the Public Lighting. The Client consists of 16 participants (12 municipalities, North Sea Port, Beveland Wonen, Waterschap Scheldestrooms and the Province of Zeeland) and they jointly pay for this, but each enters into an individual contract with the winning tenderer. The Client wishes a contract for four (4) years without renewal. The contract is divided into three (3) lots. This invitation to tender shall consist of: - This Registration Guide; - RAW cutlery ‘Maintenance and Replacement OVL BOVZ 2026-2030’ per parcel, further referred to as ‘Cutlery’; - Attachments. In view of the nature and scope of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall conduct a European open procedure in accordance with the ARW 2016 (Chapter 2). The award criterion is best price-quality ratio (BPKV). See Guidance
