l'Eurométropole de Metz exerce la compétence " collecte et traitement des déchets ménagers et assimilés " à l'échelle de 45 Communes membres et au bénéfice de 250 000 habitants. La collectivité assure la collecte des déchets ménagers.Lorsqu'un agent métropolitain est absent, l'eurométropole de Metz pourra ainsi avoir recours au personnel intérimaire pour une durée correspondante à la période d'absence de la personne remplacée ou dans l'attente d'un recrutement par la collectivité
