The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of mixed municipal waste and waste collected selectively from properties on which residents live, located in the Pionki Commune and from: separate collection point for municipal waste /PSZOK/ and additional collection points: batteries and expired medicines and the management of collected waste, i.e. the recovery or disposal of municipal waste from real estate located in the Municipality of Pionki, in a way that ensures that appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste are achieved and that the weight of municipal waste sent for landfill is reduced in accordance with the applicable regulations.
