Description

La présente consultation a pour objet l'entretien des espaces verts de Deux-Sèvres Habitat. Il s'agit, pour le ou les titulaires, d'assurer l'entretien régulier sur des sites ciblés et l'entretien occasionnel d'espaces verts sur l'ensemble du patrimoine de l'Office. Les lots n°1 et 2 sont des prestations d'entretien régulier qui sont annualisées et qui font l'objet d'une rémunération forfaitaire. Le détail des prestations à réaliser est précisé au CCTP et ses annexes. Les lots 3 et 4 sont des prestations d'entretien occasionnel qui font l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande en fonction des besoins. La nature des prestations qui pourront faire l'objet d'une commande est indiquée au BPU et au CCTP. La liste et adresses des sites faisant l'objet de l'entretien régulier sont indiqué à l'annexe n°1 et n°2 du CCTP et les plans sont joints au DCE. Pour les lots n°3 et 4, le plan des zones Nord et Sud du patrimoine est fourni au DCE. Pour les lots n°3 et 4, les prestations font l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles conclu sans minimum et un maximum avec un opérateur économique.
