Affidamento in concessione del servizio energia e gestione integrata degli impianti di illuminazione
pubblica di proprietà del Comune di Decimoputzu, compresi lavori di investimento a carico del
concessionario.
La presente è indetta ai sensi del combinato disposto di cui all’art. 180, comma 8 e art. 183, comma 15 del
D. Lgs n° 50/2016 così come modificato ed integrato dal D. Lgs. n° 56/2017 (prevede che il promotore
prescelto, laddove non aggiudicatario, possa adeguare la propria proposta a quella giudicata
dall’Amministrazione più conveniente).
