Description

1. The subject-matter of the procedure is the award of a contract for the collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of inhabited property and owners of immovable property not inhabited from the area of the Ecological Union of Municipalities ‘Działdowszczyzna’ within sector II of the City and Municipality of Lidzbark and their transport to the indicated Municipal Installations of the Ecological Union of Municipalities ‘Działdowszczyzna’. 2. The subject-matter of the contract includes the successive collection of municipal waste, including separately collected municipal waste, from owners of properties inhabited and uninhabited in the area of the Environmental Union of Municipalities ‘Działdowszczyzna’ within sector II during the entire duration of the contract, i.e.: a) paper, b) metals, c) plastics, d) glass, e) multi-material packaging, f) bio-waste, g) ashes from household hearths, h) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, i) waste electrical and electronic equipment, j) bulky waste, k) textiles and clothing 3. The contracting authority indicates that the collected waste should be sent to: 1) Municipal Installation - Sortownia in Działdowo, ul. Industrial 61, waste listed in para. 2 (a) to (e), (h) to (k); 2) Municipal installation – Composting plant in Zakrzewo, Działdowo district, waste listed in paragraph 2 (f) of the Municipal Installation – Waste landfill in Zakrzewo, Gm. Działdowo, for the waste referred to in paragraph 2 (g) Detailed Description of the subject of the Order is attached as Annex 1 to the FTZ.
