The public procurement contract shall be amended during its period of validity under the conditions laid down in Article 221 of Law No 98/2016.
The amendment of the contract during its period of validity, otherwise than in the cases and conditions laid down in Article 221 of Law No 98/2016, shall be carried out by organising a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
In accordance with Article 160 (1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarification or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 28 days, i.e. 20 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
The contracting authority establishes that the deadline for replying to all requests for clarification or additional information is on 22 day, i.e. on 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
