Description

This prior information pursuant to § 38(1) VgV is intended to inform providers of service management software solutions (ticket system software) about a planned procedure of the University of Hamburg (UHH) without obligation. Providers have the opportunity to express their interest at the address strategicreinkauf@uni-hamburg.de in order to be considered in the future published procedure (negotiation procedure with participation competition according to § 17 VgV). The UHH is currently in the market exploration phase in accordance with § 28 VgV. It is planned to publish the competitive negotiated procedure in the second quarter of 2025. With the aim of optimizing support in the sense of user orientation, the UHH wants to introduce a uniform ticket system software that takes up the inquiries of the different user groups (students, employees, external partners and lecturers) in a structured manner and makes them effectively editable in the individual services as well as across departments. The software is to be used across departments for very different services. This includes e.g. procedures and processes of human resources, finance, IT and student services (e.g. authentication) and therefore requires good adaptability to the needs and structures of the individual services. The tool should be integrated into UHH's IT landscape, be able to access different data sources and be interface-compatible with other digital applications. In addition, it should have potential in terms of chatbots/AI use and automation. Compliance with data protection standards, multi-channel communication, an integrated knowledge database and multilingualism are required.
