The services to be provided are multi-technical statutory (preventive and curative) maintenance services for the site of the Mail Industrial Platform (PIC) 59 Lesquin and the Mail Preparation and Distribution Platform (PPDC) 59 Small Forest.
The services shall cover the following areas:
Ventilation air conditioning for heating (HVAC),
— high currents,
— automatic doors and gates,
— lifting equipment,
— fire protection,
— extraction of kitchen and filter hoods,
— sanitation,
— compressed air,
— stocks of small spare parts.
The contract also includes small and diverse works requiring only limited tools.
The contract consists of 2 lots:
lot 1: regulatory multi-technical maintenance of PIC 59 Lesquin,
lot 2: regulatory multi-technical maintenance of PPDC 59 of Small Forest.
