1. The subject of the contract is the development of e-services in the city of Turek 2. The subject of the contract is financed from the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027 Programme under measure 01.04 ‘Development of e-services and public e-resources under ITI 3. The general scope of the contract includes the following tasks: 1) Purchase of a license to launch e-services 2) Training for employees from implemented e-services 3) Launch and implementation of e-services 4. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, together with a definition of the minimum requirements, is set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ – Detailed Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ). 5. The Employer informs that where the Employer has described the subject of the contract by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, solutions equivalent to those described are allowed. 6. The Ordering Party informs that where in the FTZ and its annexes it has described the subject of the contract by indicating the trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products delivered by a specific Contractor, which could lead to the preference or elimination of some Contractors or products, the Ordering Party allows a solution equivalent to the one described, provided that they are not of inferior properties and quality. 7. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party is obliged to prove in his tender that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent extent.
