Description

Acordul- cadru de furnizare va fi incheiat pe o perioada de 24 luni, de la data semnarii, cu un singur operator economic. Valoarea máxima estimata a acordului-cadru este 4.445.610 lei fara TVA. Valoarea minima estimata a acordului-cadru este de 222.342,90 lei. Valorile estimate ale celor mai mici contracte subsecvente si celor mai mari contracte subsecvente sunt cuprinse in documentatia de atribuire-caiet de sarcini si tabel cu cantitati/valori ale acordului cadru. Numar zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: va fi de 18 de zile, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificari în a a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Frecventa de incheiere a contractelor subsecvente la acordul-cadru va fi , de regula, trimestrial.
