Description

Les évolutions nécessaires à l’Enseigne La Poste afin de s'adapter au marché concurrentiel auquel elle doit faire face, entraînent parfois pour ces personnes des difficultés que La Poste souhaite prendre en considération et infléchir.
L’Enseigne La Poste a mis en place des mesures structurelles, organisationnelles et RH (évolutions organisationnelles et spatiales des bureaux de poste, mise en place de responsables clients, formation prévention à la gestion des incivilités...) qui contribuent à réduire les situations de stress.
Cependant certains personnels doivent encore faire à face à un déséquilibre entre les situations qu'ils doivent gérer et les ressources qu'ils sont en capacité de mettre en oeuvre.
L’Enseigne La Poste qui reconnaît les particularités des situations de travail, veut mettre à la disposition de ses personnels, par une formation à la gestion du stress, les moyens de mieux gérer les difficultés qu’ils rencontrent.
