il s'agit de la construction d'une nouvelle Cuisine Centrale, fonctionnant en liaison froide, à destination des populations scolaires, accueil de loisirs, adultes et petite enfance de la Ville d'istres pour une capacité de production de 5 800 repas/jour.le terrain d'assise se situe sur la Zac du Tubé, en cours d'aménagement. Il est estimé à environ 5 000 mètres carrés.Le projet devra être réalisé dans une optique de qualité environnementale dans le cadre d'une démarche de Bâtiment Durable, sans viser de certification.Lieu : sur le territoire de la Ville d'istres - tubé Nord (13800).Enveloppe dédiée aux travaux par la collectivité : 4 900 000,00 euro(s) Ht (montant estimatif non contractuel travaux et équipements)
