The Department of Ardèche is in charge of the adapted transport service for students with disabilities (TESH), who cannot, because of their disability, use public transport to get to and from their school. The purpose of this framework agreement is to entrust to the company, the execution of the transport of these pupils or students, residing on the Department of Ardèche. This notice constitutes a pre-information notice, intended only to warn as early as possible the operators likely to position themselves on the future consultation in question in order to enable them to mobilise, if necessary, on their response to the future procedure. As such, the data specified in this notice constitute forecast data, which may evolve up to the publication of the advertisement notice and the consultation file of the companies, which should take place during the month of January 2026 (provisional deadline). The framework agreement will be divided into 15 geographical lots covering the entire territory of the Department of Ardèche as well as other neighbouring Departments. For each lot, the framework agreement will be concluded for a period of one year, renewable three times (July 2026 to July 2030).
