The subject-matter of the contract is related to water supply and sewerage activities provided for in the Water Supply and Sewerage Services Regulation Act and the Water Act, and their implementation is entrusted to water supply and sewerage operators holding exclusive rights over separate areas of operation defined by Decision No RD-02-14-2234/22.12.2009 of the Minister of the RBD. The estimated quantity (volume) of delivery is 1 900 cubic metres of exclusive water supply and sewerage operator for the territory of Pazardzhik – ‘Water Supply and Sewerage Services’ EOOD, Pazardzhik. Place of performance of the contract – the administrative buildings of the TP of NSSI – Pazardzhik, located in Pazardzhik, 10 Second January Street and 15A Exarch Yosif Street – high and low body.
