Description

Negotiated procedure with participation competition according to VgV for technical planning technical equipment of ALG 1-4 and 8 and geothermal planning for the renewal of the heating centre at the Eduard-Mörike-Schulzentrum in Ötlingen. The school centre in Ötlingen consists of an inhomogeneous building stock with various school buildings. The heating is currently carried out alternatively via a gas condensing boiler or an oil boiler. The current building heating load is approximately 580 kW for all buildings. Due to the age and recurring difficulties in operation, the heating system must be renewed as soon as possible. The specific scope of the necessary measures with regard to heat distribution and regulation in the individual buildings and rooms must be checked by the contractor during the inventory and design process. On the basis of the energy study provided by the AG, the AN must first examine the variants shown and examine them in more detail in the course of LPH 1 and 2 and detail and plausibility the existing assumptions in planning and costs, including a cost-effectiveness assessment with a life-cycle cost assessment as a basis for decision-making for the AG as to which variant should go into further planning and implementation. Since the topic of geothermal energy plays a role in all variants to be investigated and has already been pre-investigated (for information see Plant Energy Study), a qualification and references in this area are required for each applicant (including any subcontractors) / each applicant community and queried with the selection criteria.
