Description

The Helsinki Construction Services Enterprise Stara requests your tender for the delivery of an equipment package capable of producing compressed air to the Hernesaari snow collection site, fully operational. Equipment to be rented for three winter seasons so that the rental period per winter season (= 1.11. - 30.4.) is not less than four (4) months and not more than six (6) months. The customer will notify you of the rental need during the rental period. Equipment is needed to meet the needs of the bubble curtain that prevents the spread of debris at the snow collection site. One supplier will be selected. The procurement includes the electrically powered equipment necessary for the production of compressed air and their installation in a worksite centre with installation and installation cables. The customer is responsible for the delivery of electrical energy to the site. The equipment must be available to the customer by 1 November 2025 at the latest. For other rental periods, the customer always informs the customer before each rental period of the date from which the rental object must be available to the customer. An agreement is concluded when it is signed by both parties. The contract is valid for a fixed term until 30 April 2028, after which the contracting entity may extend the contract three (3) times for a one (1) year option period. A contract option is a right, not an obligation, of the contracting entity. In addition, the customer has the right to purchase from the selected supplier, during the term of the contract, other works and/or accessories related to the equipment package, which are not included in the actual delivery, but which are related to the operation of the equipment package at the place of snow reception. The value of any such additional purchases may not exceed EUR 60 000 (VAT 0%).
