Description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of medicinal products included in the list referred to in Article 266a(2) of the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act, concluded on the basis of Article 266a(5)(3) of the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act, in conjunction with Article 1(1)(2), Article 3(3), Article 15c(1) and Article 15b of Regulation № 10/17.11.2011 of the Ministry of Health, pursuant to which the Contractor accepts, following receipt of a letter of agreement from the Bulgarian Drug Agency (BDA) and a written request for the supply of a medicinal product, to supply the following medicinal product in the quantities prescribed by Saint Marina University Hospital EAD by means of a protocol – Annex № 1 or №2, issued pursuant to Regulation № 10 of 17.11.2011, on the offer of the CONTRACTOR, namely a medicinal product with the international non-proprietary name /INN/ - Anakinra and a trade name/medical form/quantity of the active medicinal substance: Kineret solution for injection 100 mg/0.67 ml x 28. The estimated quantities for delivery are 2 packs containing 28 bottles per pack. The specified quantity of the medicinal product may be supplied by one or several separate delivery requests, depending on the specific needs of the medical institution. The contracting authority is obliged to accept and pay only the quantity requested and delivered under the terms of the concluded contract.
