Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of single-use medical devices for SPZZOZ in Wyszkow according to the range listed in packages Nos 3, 14, 16, 24, 25, 27, 30, 31, 40, 42 and 43, together with the requirements for those packages included in the tables which constitute a detailed price offer – Annex 2 to the ToR. The estimated quantities of each item given in this annex serve only to calculate the value offered for comparison of tenders and may not give rise to any claim on the part of the successful Contractor against the Contracting Authority.
2. The materials offered must be authorised for marketing and use in the healthcare sector in accordance with the legislation in force and the law in force.
3. The medical devices supplied must comply with quality conditions in accordance with the applicable attestations and standards.
4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to use the full quantity of the goods listed in Annex 2, without the Contractor having any claim against the Contracting Authority.
